When you eat with Cali, you eat how we like to eat. It’s fresher, healthier, feel-better food, — whether it’s our fresh-sourced, hand-cut produce, antibiotic, hormone-free chicken and grass-fed beef, homemade sauces or fermented sourdough pizza crust.


Cali’s ingredient choices put fresh, sustainably sourced, nourishing foods first.

You won’t find shortcuts to flavor in Cali's bowls, wraps, salads & pizzas. We build all our dishes from scratch with a commitment to whole foods, homemade sauces and dressings made with 100% olive oil or cold-pressed sesame oil. And there's no sneaky added sugar where you don't expect it.

if it’s not great, we don’t serve it

All our cheeses are sourced whole wheel or block. We shred in house to avoid all preservatives, stabilizers and additives.
Our certified humane, all grass-fed and finished beef is sourced from an organic facility.
All our recipes use olive oil and our asian-inspired dishes get cold-pressed sesame oil.
Our chicken is never ever given any antibiotics or hormones.
Our tuna is Sea Change, MSC certified, which ensures our seas are sustainable for future generations.
We use 100% sunflower oil that has no additives or preservatives in our fryer.
The pizza dough & house-made cookies are both made from locally fermented sourdough starter.
Our gluten-free flour is house-made and seasoned so it won’t slow you down.
