What's happening?

Ocean Friendly Restaurant

As of January 18th, 2024 we officially became a certified Ocean Friendly Restaurant! Ocean Friendly Restaurants are recognized as leaders in their communities through their dedication to reducing plastic pollution and prioritizing sustainability practices. At the same time, they educate guests on the threats our oceans face and how we can all change our behaviors to reduce our plastic footprint. As an Ocean Friendly Restaurant we make a pledge to use less plastic and take other steps to help protect our ocean, waves, and beaches.

SeaTrees x Cali

We are stoked to announce that we have become an official partner with SeaTrees. SeaTrees is a program of the 501c3 non-profit Sustainable Surf that plants, protects, and restores blue carbon coastal ecosystems around the world to help reverse climate change. They develop global coastal restoration projects, also known as blue carbon projects, across five ecosystem types: mangrove forests, kelp forests, seagrass meadows, coral reefs, and coastal watersheds.

Interested in showing the planet & your community some extra love? Join us! Be apart of the change by helping us select & pick up garbage at locations throughout the Tampa Bay Area. The mission of this club is to come together in our local communities and take action against preventing litter ending up in our waterways and ecosystems. We want to work to tackle parks, beaches, local neighborhoods and other public spaces and are asking you to help us decide on where to do our cleanups throughout the year. Locations will be chosen monthly or bi-monthly and then details will be sent to all members via email. Want to get involved? EMAIL - "dkoetter@eatatcali.com" to join :)
